Krazy Catz & Critters

* The owner understands that Krazy Catz & Critters, operates a communal, interactive play environment for cats and accepts the positive benefits and potential risks involved.

* Only cats with up-to-date vaccination certificates will be accepted for boarding, a copy which must be presented on arrival. Newly vaccinated cats, must have been done so at least 10 days prior to arrival.

* All pets are to have had a flea and worming treatment within the last 28 days. If we deem it necessary to administer any of these during your pets stay, it will be at the owner's expense.

* Whilst we take every possible precaution to ensure your pet's health and safety, should we deem it necessary to seek vet attention, the owner is liable for expenses incurred. We will always follow the advice of the Vet and cannot be held responsible for the Vet's recommendation.

* Whilst every care and attention is devoted to all pets in our care, we cannot be held responsible for any pet's behaviour or actions while here, be it accident, loss or illness which may occur from whatever cause.

* All pets are provided with appropriate bedding. If you choose to bring some of your own, please ensure it is clean and clearly marked. We will endeavour to keep these in the best possible condition, but cannot be held liable for loss and damage. Bedding and carry cages are left at the owner's risk.

* Drop off and collection times are by appointment only. Appointments are available between the hours of 8am and 7pm.. If another person is collecting your pet, this must be arranged with us beforehand and charges settled at the time of collection or prior.

* Rates are charged on a nightly basis and includes provisions for food and bedding. A half day charge applies to all collections after 12pm.

* A minimum stay of 5 nights is required during the busy Christmas and New Year periods. Please note: we are CLOSED to drop off and collections on December 25th, 26th, 31st, January 1st, 2nd and Easter Saturday & Sunday.

* Accounts MUST be settled at the time of pickup. If an agent for collection is engaged for any debt owed to us, you will incur the collection costs/fees.

* Any pet which is not collected within 7 days of the arranged pickup date, may be deemed as abandoned. If all attempts to contact the owner and the Emergency Contact Person is unsuccessful, we have the right to take the abandoned animal to the SPCA. All costs incurred will be passed onto a Collection Agent at the owners expense.

* Please ensure we have up to date contact information and an emergency contact person, particularly if you are travelling overseas.
